Jurong baste Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is located in the Maoshan Industrial Zone of Jurong City, Jiangsu Province, China, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The company covers an area of 6.26 acres and has a construction area exceeding 20,000 square meters.
The company primarily produces long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites (listed in the 2012 edition of the National High-Tech Product Catalog). Through extensive research, it has successfully developed various types of long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFRT) particles, using thermoplastics such as PP, PA, PBT, PET, PPS, and PC/ABS alloys as the base material. These include modified varieties for reinforcement, toughening, filling, flame retardancy, wear resistance, anti-static properties, and nano-reinforcement. Currently, the company operates 15 long fiber production lines with an annual output exceeding 6,000 tons.
Develop pre-impregnated tapes for continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (CFRTP). This product boasts superior performance, including high strength, high modulus, high impact resistance, fatigue resistance, excellent thermal stability, corrosion resistance, deformation resistance, and environmental friendliness with recyclability. It has a wide range of applications, capable of replacing steel (e.g., profiles, color steel plates, container liners, high-speed rail carriages) and wood (e.g., construction formwork); as well as thermoplastic pressure-resistant pipes.
The company possesses complete independent intellectual property rights in the production technologies of long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastic particles (LFRT) and continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite prepreg tapes (CFRTP). It has filed 40 invention patents and 14 utility model patents, with 4 invention patents and 7 utility model patents authorized. Additionally, the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise and a small-to-medium-sized technology enterprise.
