Global construction machinery industry pursues lightweight and cost reduction, making long glass fiber reinforced PA6/PA66 an ideal substitute for aluminum alloy for hydraulic housings, agricultural equipment frames and heavy-duty pump shells, thanks to high mechanical strength, oil resistance, wear resistance and outstanding creep performance.
Our LGF-PA66 grades (10%、20%、30%、40%、50% fiber content) are shipped in full containers to Europe, Russia and South America for construction and farm machinery production. Continuous long fiber keeps fiber length above 10mm, providing much better tensile strength and dimensional stability than short fiber PA, preventing deformation under long-term heavy loads.
Customized formulas include oil-resistant, anti-aging, flame-retardant grades for oily outdoor working environments, ultra-low-temperature toughened PA for Nordic and Russian mining equipment, and UV-stabilized compounds for South American outdoor farm machines.
All LGF-PA66 items are produced under full quality control with COA, REACH, RoHS and UL certifications for smooth customs clearance worldwide. Many global machinery manufacturers replace die-cast aluminum with injection-molded LGF-PA66 to cut production costs drastically.
We keep regular grades in stock, accept small trial samples (starting from 5kg), and offer stable monthly bulk delivery. New customized PA compounds for mining and garden machinery are under development to expand our global export coverage.
